Small bug with garuda and knockdowns

while doing the second stage of a corrupted vor sortie, as garuda i went to use blood altar and as i pressed the button one of my team mates knocked down the same enemy thus causing both blood altar to give the enemy invulnerability and us the hp/s but it was also up and about attacking us at the same time, this happened twice in the same way, tho it seems like it has to be pretty well timed for this to happen
