[PC] Horrible FPS at login screen/liset

Old player just returned to explore the fortuna update. Game used to run smoothly at 50-60fps, my settings hasn't changed. But now I noticed the game runs at 20-30fps. I thought it could be a graphic setting but when I switched my game graphics to low, the poor fps doesn't change.

My comp specs:

         Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 17134) (17134.rs4_release.180410-1804)
                         System Model: H97M-D3H
                     BIOS: BIOS Date: 03/03/16 21:54:39 Ver: 04.06.05 (type: BIOS)
                Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4690 CPU @ 3.50GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.5GHz
                   Memory: 16384MB RAM
      Available OS Memory: 16250MB RAM

           Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti

      Display Memory: 12142 MB
    Dedicated Memory: 4018 MB
       Shared Memory: 8124 MB
        Current Mode: 1920 x 1080 (32 bit) (60Hz)

 

Anyone else having this issue?

I have same problem now, we tried everything. Thinking now that it's because of new version of Nvidia drivers. 
So you can try to install stable version if you don't already have it.

Did you manage to find a stable version? did it work for you?

I'm not, I have another PC so I'm just playing on it now and waiting for stable version.
