Mecha Pulse and Tek set acting weird

Hello, i was doing Helene(Saturn) with a full group of random players(i wasnt the host) and one of the players had full mecha set equiped, and the Mecha Pulse mod was giving the buff to whoever killed the marked target, i had a kavat and i was getting the buff, also my kavat had Tek Enhance mod equiped and the marks one the ground were lasting forever but not doing damage and my kavat was acting weird like spining in circle "chasing her tail".
