Terra Shockwave Moa tether animation softlock

If you are in a state that does not allow you to be staggered and outdashes the moa flying towards you (or blocks it somehow), it will not jump to you and will instead drain your health rapidly until you die. So far this has happened while I was casting my fourth ability as garuda and while I was taking off with my archwing. It's pretty funny because it's basically a kite surfing moa, but I could see this becoming an issue due to the fact that there are a few forms of cc immunity (negation swarm inaros, rhino, nezha, and possibly k-drives), which could make way for this to happen more. Killing the moa will cancel the effect, but considering that a level 8 moa hundred to zeroed me in a little over a second, I'm not really certain how great that will work out under various circumstances(fyi for the instance that I was killed on my archwing I had 1740 total hitpoints, which would have a level 8 terra shockwave moa clocking in at about 1300 dps).
