BUG mini-mission progress covered up by overlay

PROBLEM: The logical place to look for your current mini-bonus-mission, and it's progress is on the "mission progress" overlay. However, it's nearly impossible to see there, because it's covered up by another window, and because it quickly fades. (I've played for 100 hours, and I only just realized it's actually on this screen but covered up when I was capturing screenshots to write this message!)

SOLUTION: Move the mini-bonus mission dialog a little lower on the the "mission progress" overlay, and make it NOT disappear.
