I found the free ps+ pack and renown pack vix so I purchased both, they did not register to my account (this has happened before) so I logged out. Now apon trying to reload the game I get 'login failed. Check your info' constantly coming up when trying to login. Updated to latest version, able to login online but my account doesn't show the platinum credited to account so assuming they did not register but can not play either.
