raiderpb Posted December 9, 2018 Share Posted December 9, 2018 (edited) I have an Augur Accord mod that I have fused 3x. So a rank 3 Augur Accord Mod. The text says, "+120% shield capacity." My rank 15 Valkyr has a base of 100 shield. When I add the mod to my Valkyr it only gains 60 shield. This is an increase of 60%. Not the listed 120% increase. Checked a rank 0 Augur Accord.
