Soft lock on Corpus Sabotage

On Corpus Sabotage missions (specifically Adrastea on Jupiter) when doing the low gravity+magnetic proc way (Put middle cell into one of the two outer cells areas) their is a long hallway with windows and 2 hacking panels on either side. During this mission I accidently blew open the windows which would be fine but when I went to hack there were magnetic zones next to both of the terminals so they would pull me away and would not allow me to hack.
