Constant Freezing And Crashing Issue

Downloaded U9.8 few hours ago. Every time I start Warframe, it runs smoothly and no problem, but when I go to a mission, first, the loading takes usually about 2 min, and then, when I start moving, the game starts to freeze for a split second every few seconds. I can't shut the game down, i can't stop the process, only way to do it is to shut down my laptop. Before U9.8, i had no issues with freezing or anything like that. I have Nvidia GeForce GT 630M with 2GB of memory and Intel i7-2670QM 2.2GHz my laptop also has 6 GB of RAM
