Advanced Debt Bonds Not Being Rewarded

The mission that is supposed to give advanced debt bond literally never gives any. I can understand it being infrequent enough that you have to buy a bulk of what you need, but I literally have to buy all of them because they do not drop. I am not the only one who noticed this either, I have asked squad mates doing the same mission and they also never had gotten one.

The next mission, which rewards Familial Debt Bonds, I also have not seen drop it's debt bonds so. I feel like there is either something wrong or you guys just made the drop rates too low. Especially since these are common drops and I get relics, which are uncommon, relatively often.
