Host migration

I was farming lith relics on Everest and at the very end the host left and I was put back into my orbiter, no big deal, then I found out that my kronen prime that I was also leveling didn't receive the xp from that mission and all of my rewards were gone. I don't know why this happened but it's very annoying when farming for new relics.
