Mod-upgrading window not adapting to 21:9 in some scenarios

The window where someone upgrades their mods works fine in every case except when

• you are in Fortuna or Cetus AND
• you are in Operator mode.
• (and you are using a 21:9 display)

If you press 5 in any of those relays (normal relays won't let you do it for some reason), go to your Arsenal, press upgrade on any piece of equipment and then press Mods in the lower-right corner, the mod window will appear stretched from a 16:9 proportion, and the warframe will be seen in the center without the pose/animation seen in the arsenal.
