High Resolution Video Issues

When enabled nvidia surround at 5760x1080 the game launches in a full blackscreen, and after looking around I've realized that the client video breaks when stretched past 2 1080p screens in windowed mode. I run 5760x1080 on my OS after investing in new monitors and It's a real chore to have to: disable surround->re-enable monitors->fix broken desktop shortcuts->launch game->reduce screen size to 1 monitor->re enable surround

This is  a recurring issue since I play in fullscreen windowed borderless and surround always makes it launch at 5760x1080.
