Internal silo transparent texture

First noticed this on the Ceres map, Siemeni, standing on top of the silo-looking structures.

 

From above the internals of the silo are completely visible and there is no texture for the inside of the silo. The outside is O.K until you get up close from either the sides or below and it is still transparent.
