I think that there is a bug when Nekros prime use "Shadows of the dead", and the shadows are Power Carriers, if there are almost 2 or 3 shadows of power carriers, the normal Power Carriers don't spawn. This happens to me 2 times in Hieracon Excavation in Pluto. And when we leave, the first time, we was traped in the reward screen until we just Alt+f4.
