Hint Transmissions

As a Warframe player of about a year, I've noticed something about the game, when you get into, or end a mission The Lotus has voice lines that are always there. To a player like me, I don't need these voice lines, they're pointless and frankly, annoying... I decided to look through the settings and found that there was a setting in audio that seemed to be the answer to all my problems (Enable Hint Transmissions). I turned this setting off and after playing a mission and a giving a quick google, I was disappointed to find that the setting seemed to actually do nothing... Whether it's working as intended or not, I'd like to see the setting rebuilt to do the job it seems to be named for.
