Long Loading Screen Times?

Now i've been facing this problem for a long time where you click play on warframe launcher, then warframe starts. But takes long loading time to just to reach login screen. But even after that it takes long time while entering a mission. I am getting this for 5 days thought it fixed but it didn't. What i've done.
-Verify and optimize cache.
-Disabled 64bit, dx10, fullscreen..
-Graphics ingame were lowered.

It is not related to my system, i've been playing this game for a long long time. i've never got this problem, its neither my internet it gives same speed when i was playing the game properly.
