_awg
I've just started getting unreasonable fps drops. I've played an hour ago and the fps was fine. I was getting a constant 59-61 fps without any fluctuations nor drops. I've been actually playing like that for over 350 hours now. Until now. My fps drops to 30-40 fps and fluctuates around there in any game and in the star chart. I'm verifying the download cache as I'm writing this. My specs : Intel I7 7700HQ NVIDIA GTX 1070 16 GB RAM 1TB HDD Windows 10 Home 64 bits The game is running while 64 bits is enabled and with Directx 11. My drivers are fully updated, me updating the graphics driver just now didn't help with this.
Lubdan
In case you are still looking for help, what is the clock speed on your processor while playing? That would be the biggest hurt on performance from my guess, as a laptop's processor can slow-down from throttling or lack of power etc. You can check on windows by going to task manager then the performance tab (windows 8 + has it plainly listed). ps: It will be in GHZ.
