Held Keys Stutter

All forms of movement that require the player to hold down a key begin to stutter after a second or two; the game thinks I have released the key for a fraction of a second. I have tested the movement keys, jumping, sprinting, and crouching, as multiple Warframes, in Operator mode, in Archwing, on a K-Drive, and in the Decorations menu. Melee attacks, using gear items, and aiming or firing weapons are not affected, but holding the key to open the gear menu has the same stuttering effect as well.

Edit: The stuttering turned out to be an issue with my keyboard. This issue can be fixed again in the future.
