Remove level restrictions for non-public play

Hello! I have a suggestion to remove level restrictions for solo and chosen group play. I understand that you don't want level 0 warframes in public sorties/ESO/arbitrations so as not to be a detriment to the party, but it'd be nice if I could go into them solo or with a group of friends at level 0. A lot of times when I'm forma'ing frames, I wish there was high level content I could just jump into, and instead I have to kill level 30 mobs in Hydron or do SO for 30 minutes for the mobs to get up to level.

Or just add level 80-100 content on the star chart.
