2fa mail is never come to me. I can't log in

After a long time trying to access the game ... 

 

I tried to log in my account on launcher,

I have checked my e-mail for confirmation. 

but I did not receive a mail. E-mail code didn't come even after 30 minutes. 

Eventually, I tried again next day. 

and I have checked my e-mail for confirmation. 

but i can not receive an Email code.

2fa is never came for 11days

 

 

 

I tried to change Email myself several times from here, (https://www.warframe.com/user) 

but 2fa mail did not come.

 

help......

I aleady sent my request on support ticket

But..for 11days, all I received was automated mail which is apologizing

Exactly, The first mail was an automated mail for information gathering. 

So I sent the informations. 

And then, support team only sent apologizing mail.

Help...

I have the same issue. I got the automated, I updated my ticket, and still didnt hear back. Gmail account. 

It seems like this glitch has been happpening since 2017 or even longer, they yet to have fixed it, and I

always see the same copy/paste excuse from them....Very frustrating...
