However, when everything is confirmed, the game denied me from gifting him the weapon stating that his mastery rank does not meet the weapon. I gave him the platinum and he is met with the same message. Is there a reason why platinum no long bypasses the mastery rank requirement for the user? Trading, I understand, but the market place?
