My favorite is Volt hands down, but out of the 2 you present, I have to say Excalibur, he is probably the most balanced warframe out there. But Rhino can take hell a beating, so don't diss him yet.

Out of the 2 warframes, I'd have to go with Excalibur - it was my starting frame,

now supercharged at rank 30 is my go to frame for the tough missions.

On the other hand I haven't played with Rhino that much, atm at rank 17.

He just seems slow and unwieldy to me, especially compared to Excalibur.

I'm currently working on ranking up Mag and Loki (still building my Ember),

while farming rubedo and alloy plates, so Rhino kinda got left behind...

I like Rhino more, but Excalibur is definitely better...Excal is Top 3 best frames right now, easily.

Excalibur is my favorite out of the 2. Even though I don't have either of them. lol

Rhino. Imho the best Warframe of them all with the right mods.
