Punch Through on Zarr breaks the gun.

Hi DE,

So yesterday, I spent my hard earned plat on an expensive Zarr riven. The stats looked amazing, and I thought I would rule the world with it. Unfortunately, the riven just basically, broke my Zarr and it stopped functioning as intended.

Basically, with the riven there are no more cluster bombs.

I don't know if that's because the Punch Through, but for sure not because of negative fire rate as shown in the video, as I tried to fix it with speed trigger.

It's super frustrating, please help me with getting my riven functioning. I've posted multiple bugs that have gone unfixed, so I know this probably won't be seen.
