PlayWarframe youtube channel the video is out of sync with the audio?

sorry if my english is not good enough.

i had some problem.
the sound in videos is out of sync with the picture it's painful to watch.
and there is no problem on the twitch.

this video sync with sound. work fine.(720 60fps) 11/22/2018

then this video and many new video come out after 11/26/2018 had out of sync with sound. (delay 2 sec)

anyone have the same problem as I? or just me?
idk why this happened. and idk where should post on this forum.
maybe DE use worng video format or they change new employees or something?.

or just my potato PC....
