Amount Of Shockwave Moas Spawning At Once

I recently saw a thread where the poster was quite fed up with Shockwave MOAs and constantly being stagger-spammed by them. I believe the reason this is happening to people is because, at times, Shockwave MOAs spawn in groups of 3 to 4 at a time. I do realize knocking out the security cameras helps reduce the amount that spawn but even doing that, I've had groups up to 5 spawn on me at once. The problem when this happens is that if you get hit by the first shockwave, the stagger lasts so long that the others get their shockwaves off one right after the other, causing you to be perma-stunned.

If the devs could take a look at their spawning habits and maybe try and curb this problem, I think it would fix most of the issues people have with Shockwave MOAs.
