Unfortunately this build I made and one of the major reasons I spent 400plat to buy him, simply does not work as intended. Sometimes I’ll use shuriken and it will strip 100% armor and sometimes it won’t strip any armor, I’ve seen this issue date back to 2014 which is absolutely absurd.
