Underscore20 Posted February 23, 2019 Share Posted February 23, 2019 I have gone out of bounds a few times during underwater missions on Uranus and have been met with the respawn black screen animation (similar to missing a jump) and have not been able to recover, I just get a black screen spawning loop. I have tried doing nothing to trying to move before it goes black again in the opposite direction with no luck and had to abort the mission and redo it. rotterdxm Posted February 28, 2019 Share Posted February 28, 2019 (edited) I have had the exact same issue happen to me a few days back on Desdemona. Was not able to get past this. In my case, it was caused by being continuously blown out of the map by an underwater vent. *EDIT* the black screen also interfered with opening the ESC menu; took many tries before I managed it.
