Any changes to DX10 mission loading freezing with upcoming MSR change?

The only reason why I'm worried about the Minimum System Requirement change is because DX9 will no longer be "supported". This should be fine, since even Intel's iGPUs as old as HD 2000 (released in 2011) supports DX10 - it actually supports DX10.1. However, the problem is that the game freezes for ~5 minutes whenever any level loading is involved (orbiter to mission, orbiter to relay, etc.), which can only be alleviated by switching to DX9 - not even the DXCpl trick works.

Does anyone know if the freezing will at least be fixed when I'm forced to use DX10 (as the iGPU technically does support it)?

 

Edit: Don't ask why I'm playing WF with iGPU. And yes, I'm getting an "actual" GPU, but I'm not sure if it'll arrive before DX10 is forced upon us.
