Finally as it was sitting there puttering along, I opened Steam and started downloading the game for the hell of it. C'mon guys this has gotta get fixed. Clearly it's NOT an issue w/ my PC or 300MBps connection. 😕 Same game, same PC, same network, same time. VERY different results...
