Night Wave still has potential

Night Wave is a good response to the alert system and with some fine tuning it can be the best version of it’s self.

1st is knowing how many days and weeks each ‘season’ will be around to pace the progress for the tier system.

2nd would be more opportunities to get standing to move up the tiers since there is only 1 daily challenge to fill for the 7k through the weeks and the 3 fugitives only give 150 standing.

3rd would be adding more spice to the reward system, since the draft version presented sounded like overflowing treasure. If we can get wolf credits from each tier with a reward then add more to the market such as slots for purchase, Forma, Relic Packs, the ORIGINAL variants of the Arcane Helmets which gave small buffs and debuffs that will be spot on.

 

4th if the tier system was to be reworked for this season or the next, then the special weapon parts or the weapon it self can be added, then to brought back later by Baro as the whole OR be a boss drop weapon through the parts like most bosses in a stage made or side quest for the boss fight.

 

5th Should each Night Wave be temporary events each one can receive feedback on bugs and tips to make it completed content to be added to the game.

 

6th since this is largely or entirely replacing the Alert System we can use the regular alert system for Gift of the Lotus, other events than just the Razorback with Ghouls and Fomorian ship, and to place other small items such as the current Arcane helmets that have no bonuses along with the alert weapons and skins that are regular like the axe skins and diffent camos. 

 

In all, it would be great to see  Night Wave to reach it’s full potential.
