Best Derelect Mission To Get Navs?

What Derelect mission do you guys recommend, that you think will give the most golem nav coordinates?

you only need five for a golem run, and you should be able to get at least five in a golem run to do another golem run. 
So there is no point doing anything but golem runs once you've done your first. Defense probably doesn't drop as many though? But I haven't done one of those yet so don't take my word for it.  Survival, Capture, Extermination are all sufficiently long enough to get more than enough golem navs.

Hm, feel Like I'm unlucky then, never got more than one nav or golem, coord, even when fully exploring an area, AND killing everything.
