Scheifen Posted September 15, 2013 Share Posted September 15, 2013 (edited) deleting a character is easy, it can be done in game... your account, you may have to send a support ticket to delete.. as for reset, it was available as an option for a time through the website. Xievie Posted September 15, 2013 Share Posted September 15, 2013 (edited) I made two accounts- one as my first ever, then a second because I didn't like how my first turned out. I managed to delete my first account in order to name change on my first. I sent in a ticket, then they directed me to an email to mail in order to delete the account I needed to delete.
