Tulzscha Posted September 16, 2013 Share Posted September 16, 2013 If you mean changing the display/options settings without launching the game, that's not possible AFAIK - the only settings you can change before launching are the ones on the launcher (gear icon on upper right), which lets you choose 32 bit or 64 bit modes, DX9 or 11, multi-core rendering, etc. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
