Stuttering and Freezing after update

I've been getting random stuttering while playing the game, it feels like the game freezes every 2 seconds for just  a moment and then unfreezes, however the FPS counter says i am getting +90 fps. I haven't gotten this problem until the update, and now a few days later, instead of stuttering my game just freezes, however i can still hear the game running and my input seems to be working fine. The game is now unplayable because the screen keeps freezing. Anyone having the same problems?

I havent experienced that Drastic of a problem, but i have been recently recieving Random Frame Freezes ill go from "Perfect" fps to froze for half a second and it seems to occur every few minutes, nothing i cant get used to, but it as well only started after the update. The Fact that its a noticeble difference from before to after is why its a problem.

I am still having this issue, any fixes? I turned off anti A but nothing. 😞 My specs can deff run this at ultra
