So I can say SOMA is great both for player's fun and game balance. Righto! Go to outer terminus with this and it won't be as OP as you think. It is a mastery rifle (without the master rank). It grows with the player because it has such a specific build to get it to those high numbers, the player has to farm for a loooong time to get the necessary components. Its like a tenno lightsaber.
