Khora Venari Hunter Synergy

Hi wanted to ask if venari on khora is supposed to work with hunter synergy mod set, i tried to use it on venari and the crit link is working but the mod set its not it stay at 5/6 and the only way to make it work is by adding a second hunter synergy to my kavat to get the fullset buff 150% no idea if its intended to work like that or if its a bug on venari.
