Fissure causing a loss of exp and relic choices.

So I’m aware that there is some bug going on about endless relics not giving selected relic rewards and the likes and just giving you what you opened for your relics. But has anyone else loss experience for their warframes or weapons?

i just did a Hydron t4 fissur brought an unranked frame decent weapon to carry. Did five waves selected a reward and then realized my frame and weapons were not nodded. At wave 10 which leveled up my frame to I think 10 after bonus experience and what not. When I returned to the orbiter to mod my frame I realized that it said unranked. 

Has this happened to anyone else who did a fissur and lost any experience they gained?
