Move Khora main BP to Simaris offerings

It's offputting in terms of game design that the main BP and the systems compete for the rotation C drop slot, which comes after some 25 minutes of intense play. We've already had Baruuk's and Hildryn's main BPs given out as endgame syndicate offerings, so I don't understand why Khora can't be revised as well to fit that pattern. Grinding for parts is a chore, but actually tossing the main BP into rot C to compete with the final part is just smug, not clever.
