Host Migration Dead/Operator Invisible

I was doing an endless-fissure survival and since I got kick-baited I couldn't see what my team was saying. They extracted and I stayed to finish off my relic. The host migrated and I listened as I died during that migration and when I came to I was unable to click the Revive button and it went into Transference and then my Operator died and went invisible. The enemies were unaware that I was there. I couldn't open the start menu to abort, couldn't attack or do anything. My only option was to Alt+F4 out of my very last Radiant Neo M2 and ruin yet another chance to get my last Mesa Prime piece. Is there any way I could get refunded that Radiant Neo M2?

Edit: I also did not get my rewards for that mission.
