Stuck in Loading Time

Hi,

I would need some advice on the game's performance. My computer may not have the requirements, but I really think my settings should be enough. I must've missed something.

The problem I have seems to be known by a lot of people. Warframe seems to have very huge lag spikes, especially in open spaces like Fortuna or the Plains. My computer has an i5 4440 and a R9 280 ATI Graphic Card with 8 Gb RAM.

I can play games like Crysis 3, Far Cry 5, GTA 5 in High Settings with no trouble. On the Plains here, on Medium, I have random lag issues. I don't have noticed any pattern. The game sometimes just stops and freezes for 3 seconds, then gets back to normal. The same action some time later does not produce the same problem.

I have a Hard Drive Disk, not an SSD, I though this might be the problem but I'm not really sure.

What would you think ? Is the game badly optimized ? Or is there something I should change in my computer ?
