Sanctuary Onslaught Host migration

I went through the portal and got a host migration while loading and this happened 

[Unspawned]

This problem exists even if you step through as soon as the portal opens and the host doesn't transition with you after the countdown. It's just less obvious because it is a lesser degree of transition effect present. You incur various degrees of this effect depending on where in the countdown you walk through the portal.

There are several other issues with transitions and host migration that I will have to make an additional thread for although they could quite easily be considered different problems stemming from the same cause.
