Octavia Resonator Range Not working

Octavia Second ability resonator is not increasing the charm radios at all, it stays at minimum range and enemies in his range are not increasing the charm radios at all. I don't think this bug is reported because people don't play Octavia as much or use only her third ability. i dont know if its supposed to work that way but before like 5 months when you use your mallet and resonator you can see the range is increasing significantly. thanks in advance and hope that is fixed soon because i love Octavia and have been waiting for months to fix this (i didnt want to report it myself because as you can see my English is not the best ). Thank You !
