HulkSmaaash Posted May 10, 2019 Share Posted May 10, 2019 As per the last tip of Gara's tip box in the abilities page (see screenshot) her splinter storm skill is not working to it's fullest intent. Also, her splinter storm skill has a nasty habit of NOT refreshing if you cast her 4 and cancel it quick enough. This is especially obvious with higher casting speed and/or high ping.
