I finally finished building my Loki frame a couple of days ago, and am in the process of ranking it up. Looking at the upgrade nodes, I'm considering one of two paths. At level 30 I'll have enough upgrade points to pick up 12 of the mod slots and max out all of the powers. Alternatively I can get all 13 mod slots, but in order to get the one in the southwest corner I'll have to give up 3 power nodes.
Which path should I take? Are all of Loki's powers worth maxing, or would I be better off with the extra mod slot? Invisibility is a must-have for me, and decoy seems pretty useful. Switch teleport and radial disarm seem much less useful, though admittedly I haven't played around with them much yet. Right now I'm inclined to skimp on the latter two powers and take that 13th slot, but I'm open to advice from folks who have spent more time playing Loki and may have better insight on the usefulness of its powers.
