Gara splinter storm not displaying correct timer in upper right corner of hud

If you cast splinter storm on yourself and then cast another instance of splinter storm on someone/something else and then go into operator mode and back, then timer in the upper right corner of your hud will display the timer for the last cast instance of splinter storm. When it should be showing the timer for the instance of splinter storm cast on Gara herself.
