Reconenct to a mission

I know this has been adressed since a long time, but why the game just make me "fail the mission" if for less than a minute i experience an internet disconnection?, i was just playing arbitration and was on wave 38, with an ayatan sculpture and 3300 endo and just for that DC i lost all of it. I understand that they don't give the reward to those who quit, but why they don't give the rewards that one should already gotten?, why can't one  just reconnect to the mission once your internet gous up and just fail the mission??

sorry if you're just tired of this kind of complain, but i really got sad when i saw that almost an hour went to waste...
