1920x1080 resolution fullsecreen not working

I have the same problem as lot of people here, my resolution in the game before wisp update was 1920x1080 and i was playing fullscreen without borders now my resolution is locked at 1536x864 and when i want to change manualy to 1920x1080 resolution the game become bigger
