(XBOX)XGN DrFeelGood Posted May 23, 2019 Share Posted May 23, 2019 While we did have Arcane buffs there were a few that had gotten so little improvement to make them applyable in use. Arcane Victory has little effect in restoring health, if at all only 12% after the 6 second have elapsed. If the percentage was brought up more, then it would have utility. Next is Arcane Pulse which could have been moved up past 10%. Arcane like there can use a revisit to be a effective option in game play. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
