Fishing in Orb Vallis

When fishing in Orb Vallis and using the Shockprod fishing spear (I do not know if it's the case with any other spears) throwing the spear every 2-4 times results in the spear starting to spin around in the air and completely preventing me from moving, opening the gear wheel, switching spears, swithing to weapons, going into operator mode, throwing the spear again or doing anything for anywhere between 1 and 15 minutes. The only things I can do while being stuck for minutes is opening the menu, waypointing, opening the map and writing in chat. However none of these stop the bug. The /unstuck command might move me to a different place and sometiles makes the spear disappear but it does not stop me from being unable to move. This bug has been bothering me for a couple months. Fishing in Orb Vallis has become a very frustrating experience because of this bug.

As a separate issue luminous dye also seems to have issues since casting it (sometimes multiple times) doesn't always have any effect on the fish.
